DENUNCIATION

We are heartbroken and profoundly shocked by the inhumane torture and cold blooded murder of one Mr. Jubilee Lungțau, a resident of Hmarkhawlien village, who on the fateful night of March 23rd, 2019 was abducted from his home by an unknown gunmen and was subsequently tortured to death. The HSA GHQ in every sense of the term, condemns this brutal killing and cannot in anyway accept such senseless killing in the name of nationalism anymore.
The HSA GHQ appeals to whoever the executor/ the culprit is to clarify the reason for the brutal murder of Mr. Jubilee Lungtau, and make it known on or before the 26th of March, 2019 to the Hmarkhawlien Village Authority and Hmar community as a whole. Failing to do so, the HSA will be compelled to impose social boycott upon the perpetrators.
The HSA GHQ also urges the district administration to book and prosecute the murderers of Mr. Jubilee Lungtau as per the law of the land.
