The Hmar Students Association (HSA), stands in unwavering solidarity with the Joint Students Body in their call for a “Rally Against Educational Negligence” scheduled for November 11, 2023. Recognizing the importance of addressing concerns related to educational negligence, the HSA fully supports the initiative undertaken by the Joint Students Body.
While the HSA is committed to advocating for the rights and well-being of students, it is essential to acknowledge the challenges posed by the ongoing examination period. In our functional areas, the majority of schools are actively conducting exams, making it impractical for the HSA to enforce a shutdown during this critical period.
The HSA remains dedicated to collaborating with educational authorities and stakeholders to address the underlying issues contributing to educational negligence. Our focus is on fostering an environment that prioritizes the holistic development and well-rounded education of students.
